
Ultimate Cheeseburger Pizza Pie

Ingredients
The Base & Filling
- 1 refrigerated pie crust (or pizza dough)
- 1 lb Ground Beef (lean preferred)
- 1/2 Yellow Onion, diced
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
The “Incredible Mix” Sauce
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Optional: 1/4 cup Dill pickle relish
The Toppings
- 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
- Pepperoni slices
- Thinly sliced red onions
Instructions
- Prep the Crust: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Press your pie crust into a 9-inch glass pie dish. Optional: Pre-bake for 5 mins for extra crunch.
- Brown the Meat: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and diced onions until cooked through. Drain any excess grease thoroughly.
- Create the Mix: Stir the ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce into the meat. Pro Tip: Double this mix if you like it extra saucy!
- Assemble: Pour the meat mixture into the crust. Layer on half the cheese, then the pepperoni and sliced onions. Top with the remaining cheese and Parmesan.
- Bake: Place in the oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Rest: Let the pie sit for 5 minutes before slicing to ensure it stays together.
