🐟 – Hearty Seafood Stew

A cozy, flavorful seafood stew loaded with fish, shrimp, and shellfish. Perfect for weeknight dinners or entertaining!

🧂 Ingredients

Base & Vegetables

2 tbsp olive oil

1 medium onion, chopped

1 celery stalk, chopped

1 bell pepper, diced (red or green)

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tomatoes, chopped (or 1 can diced tomatoes)

2 tbsp tomato paste

Seasonings & Liquids

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

½ tsp dried thyme

Salt & pepper, to taste

4 cups seafood or fish stock (or chicken broth)

½ cup dry white wine (optional)

1 bay leaf

Seafood

½ lb firm white fish (cod, haddock, or halibut), cut into chunks

½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

½ lb mussels or clams, cleaned (optional)

Garnish & Serving

Fresh parsley, chopped

Lemon wedges

Crusty bread, for dipping
