
Garlic Creamy Seafood Skillet

Ingredients:
- 200g cod or white fish (cubed)
- 150g shrimp (peeled)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2–3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 100ml light cooking cream (or Greek yogurt for lighter version)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions:
- Heat pan: Add olive oil over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic: Cook minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add fish & shrimp: Cook each side until golden (4–5 min).
- Add cream & lemon: Stir in cream (or yogurt), lemon juice, and seasonings.
- Simmer: Let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Garnish: Sprinkle fresh parsley before serving.
