🧄 Cheesy Bacon Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz (1 cup) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6–8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (reserve a little for topping)
3 green onions, finely chopped (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven: to 375°F (190°C).
Mix: In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, most of the bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.
Transfer: Spoon the mixture into a baking dish (an 8×8-inch dish works great).
Top: Sprinkle a little extra cheese and the remaining bacon on top.
Bake: for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
Serve hot: with crackers, tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, or fresh veggies.
Optional Add-Ins:
Add 1–2 tbsp ranch dressing mix for a ranch-style twist.
Stir in ¼ cup diced jalapeños for a spicy kick.
Swap cheddar for pepper jack or colby cheese for extra flavor.
