🥦 Crispy Roasted Cauliflower Recipe
Ingredients:

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional for a smoky flavor)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional but delicious)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions:


Preheat the oven:
Set to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.


Prepare the cauliflower:
Wash and thoroughly dry the florets (moisture prevents crispiness).


Season:
In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.


Roast:
Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer on the baking sheet—don’t overcrowd.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crispy and golden brown.


Optional finishing touch:
Sprinkle with Parmesan during the last 5 minutes of roasting for an irresistible cheesy crust.


Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately. Perfect as a snack, side dish, or even a meat substitute!



💡 Tip:
For extra crispiness, add a light dusting of cornstarch (1 tablespoon per head of cauliflower) before roasting.
