🧀 Sausage and Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients:

1 lb (450 g) breakfast sausage (pork or turkey)
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 can (10 oz) Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), drained
Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder or onion powder for extra flavor


Instructions:


Cook the sausage:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Break it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.


Add the Rotel:
Stir in the drained Rotel (tomatoes with green chilies) and cook for 1–2 minutes until heated through.


Mix in cream cheese:
Add the cream cheese to the skillet. Stir until melted and everything is combined into a creamy, rich mixture.


Serve warm:
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread.



Optional Variations:

For extra creaminess, add ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Turn it into a breakfast wrap by filling tortillas with the mixture and scrambled eggs.
Use it as a filling for puff pastry or crescent rolls for a savory snack.
