Garlic Creamy Seafood Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 200g cod or white fish (cubed)
  • 150g shrimp (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2–3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 100ml light cooking cream (or Greek yogurt for lighter version)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions:

  1. Heat pan: Add olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Sauté garlic: Cook minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add fish & shrimp: Cook each side until golden (4–5 min).
  4. Add cream & lemon: Stir in cream (or yogurt), lemon juice, and seasonings.
  5. Simmer: Let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish: Sprinkle fresh parsley before serving.
