
Hearty Seafood Chowder
A creamy, comforting soup packed with shrimp, potatoes, and veggies — perfect for cold days.
Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled
2 tbsp butter
1 small onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups diced potatoes
3 cups seafood or chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp flour (to thicken)
Salt, pepper, paprika
Instructions
Melt butter in a pot, sauté onion, celery, and garlic.
Add potatoes and broth, simmer until tender.
Stir in cream and flour, whisk until smooth.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, then season and serve hot.
