Creamy Garlic Shrimp

🧾 *Ingredients:*

– 300g (10 oz) shrimp, peeled and deveined  

– 1 tbsp olive oil or butter  

– 4 garlic cloves, minced  

– 1 cup heavy cream (or light cream for less fat)  

– ¼ cup grated parmesan (optional)  

– ½ tsp chili flakes or black pepper  

– Salt to taste  

– Fresh parsley, chopped  

– 1 tsp lemon juice  

– Slices of toasted baguette or bread (optional)

👨‍🍳 *Instructions:*

1. *Heat oil/butter* in a pan over medium heat.  

2. Add *garlic*, sauté until golden (30 sec).  

3. Add *shrimp*, season with salt and pepper. Cook 1–2 min per side.  

4. Pour in *cream*, stir well. Add parmesan (if using).  

5. Let it *simmer for 3–5 min* until sauce thickens.  

6. Add *lemon juice* and chopped parsley.  

7. Serve hot with *toasted bread* or over rice.
