🧾 Ingredients:
- 2 cod fillets (~150g each)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (chopped)
👨🍳 Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 sec until fragrant.
- Place cod fillets in the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 4–5 min on each side until flaky.
- Add cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, and chili flakes.
- Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until tomatoes soften.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
